A Habitat keeps food and bedding inside, not on the floor of your house.  Unlike a cage where food is on the side and can easily fall to the floor, a spacious Habitat allows feeding to be well contained.  The bedding stays in because the floor of the Habitat is 4” below the window opening.  No unsightly seed guards or dust guards!  No daily cleanup!

Low Maintenance
Cleaning only takes minutes.  Just scoop the old material out with a dust pan, then put the new material in and spread as desired.  Your pets will love you!  In a cage, many pets live on a wire bottom…but in a Habitat your pets live on a much more natural surface.

Each Habitat is fully lined with powder coated 20 gauge steel so that wood chewing is not possible.

Choose Wire Or Acrylic Windows
The decorative wire mesh is a good choice for birds and small mammals, even sugar gliders.  The ventilated acrylic is a good choice for reptiles.

Lighting & Environment Control For Any Pet  
The energy efficient, long lasting halogen lights are suitable for most pets.  Or, 10” incandescent emitters replace the halogen lights and open up a whole myriad of environment control options for the special needs of some snakes, reptiles and amphibians.

Changing To Different Pets Is No Problem  
Did you begin with reptiles and decide later you want birds?  You can change the windows and the lighting at any time.  If you divide your Habitat, you may even want each half configured differently for different pets on each side.

24 Hour Environment Control
Some pets, such as reptiles, need 24 hour environment control.  A Habitat does this easily with day and night circuits (night circuit optional).  For example, the day circuit could provide heat and UV light and the night circuit could provide reduced heat and low intensity blue light for viewing nocturnal activity.
